Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping across Canada usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your province, with tracking provided via email.
Do LiTime batteries come with a warranty?
Yes, all our LiFePO4 batteries include a competitive 5-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship to ensure your long-term peace of mind.
Can I connect LiTime batteries in series or parallel?
Most of our battery models support both series and parallel connections to increase voltage or capacity. Please refer to the specific user manual for the maximum number of units allowed for your particular model.
What is your return policy for Canadian customers?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you experience a technical issue, our support team will assist with troubleshooting or a replacement under our warranty terms.
Are these batteries compatible with standard lead-acid chargers?
While some lead-acid chargers may work, we strongly recommend using a dedicated LiFePO4 battery charger or a solar controller with a Lithium setting to ensure a full charge and to protect the Battery Management System (BMS).
